A low calorie recipe makeover of Buttermilk Ranch Dressing using America’s favorite store bought seasoning.  

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 Tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning (1 ounce)
  • 3/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup 2% Milk
  • 1/4 cup Mayonniase
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Chives or Dried

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in glass measuring cup whisking to combine thoroughly.  Or shake ingredients in a glass jar to combine. 
  2. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  3. This dressing will be thicker in texture than standard ranch dressing, as buttermilk is more viscous than milk.
