Fig Halves sprinkled with Goat Cheese Crumbles and drizzled with Honey.  But bring it up to the next level and sprinkle with Bacon Crumbles.  This appetizer is so easy to make and is ready to serve in under ten minutes.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 10 Figs, washed and cut in half
  • 3/4 ounce Goat Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 slice Bacon, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gently wash figs and blot dry with a paper towel.
  2. Cut figs in half from the bottom through the stem.
  3. Arrange on serving dish or board.
  4. Sprinkle with goat cheese crumbles.
  5. Drizzle sparingly with one teaspoon honey, in a thin ribbon.
  6. Scatter bacon crumbles over fig halves (optional)

Notes

  • A serving is 5 fig halves.  Each serving is 1 WW Smart Point
  • Omitting the bacon crumbles does not change the point value
